The summer program is one of our most important recruiting activities. The aim of the program is to give summer associates and consultants an opportunity to get to know our business and our people well. We expect the summer staff to assume responsibilities like those of new permanent consulting staff and to serve as full members of case teams. Many of our summer associates and consultants return to full-time positions with us after graduation.
BCG Canada invites students who are interested in our summer internship program to join us at BCG's Virtual Connection Event on Thursday, October 15 at 5:00pm EST. This event is open to current undergraduate, masters, and MBA students scheduled to graduate in 2022 (December 2021 - Spring 2022) and who are looking for an internship during summer 2021.
