Temporary problems with the proxy - SOLVED

THE PROBLEM HAS BEEN SOLVED. ACCESS TO ELECTRONIC RESOURCES HAS BEEN RESTORED FOR ALL. 

If you are using Chrome or Edge as a browser, you may not be able to access the Library electronic resources, even if you have configured the proxy.

We are working to correct the problem. In the meantime, you can:

  • Use another browser (e.g. Firefox) - remember to configure the proxy for that browser;
    OR
  • Install the VPN on your computer - you still need to have the proxy configured on the browser you are using.
